Burlington Retail and Wholesale Auction #1 Closed (#1878453)

Pickup only at the new home of TK Auction: TK Home, 466 Guelph Line Burlington (NW corner of New St. and Guelph Line)

Auction staff will ONLY be onsite at the following times:

• Friday July 14 4-7pm
• Saturday July 15 11am-4pm

Credit card on file will be charged for any winning bids at the end of the auction.  Invoices are available by logging into your account and clicking on the INVOICES tab.

This auction has a 10 % buyers premium on each lot.  This means that if your winning bid is $100, you will be charged $110 +HST.

Auction items must be inspected prior to buyer removing goods from the building.  All sales are final after leaving the premises with auction purchases.  If buyer decides they do not want the goods they won, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed against the credit card refund.

If a buyer does not pick up the goods (or make alternate arrangements with TK Auctions) by July 15, 4pm, the credit card on file will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee, and the goods will be relisted in the next auction.
