• Friday August 18, 12pm-7pm
• Saturday August 19, 10am-7pm
• Sunday August 20, 10am-7pm

Credit card on file will be charged for any winning bids at the end of the auction.  Invoices are available by logging into your account and clicking on the INVOICES tab.

This auction has a 10 % buyers premium on each lot.  This means that if your winning bid is $100, you will be charged $110 +HST.

Auction items must be inspected prior to buyer removing goods from the building.  All sales are final after leaving the premises with auction purchases.

Winners of skid lots (c-grade and other bulk lots) MUST take everything in the lot.  If any items from the lot are not collected, a $50 disposal fee will be charged to the credit card.

NEW ***All auction winnings MUST be picked up by Sunday August 20 @7pm.  We just don't have the physical space to store peoples winnings for 2 and 3 weeks (yes, it's happened). 
Auction lots not picked up by Sunday will be refunded the winning bid, less a 25% restocking fee, and the goods will be relisted in an upcoming auction.
