There is no shipping for this auction.

Pickup only at TK Home, 466 Guelph Line Burlington on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday immediately following the auction end. Hours each day are 10am-7pm. Credit card on file will be charged for any winning bids at the end of the auction. Invoices are available by logging into your account and clicking on the INVOICES tab.

This auction has a 10 % buyers premium on each lot. This means that if your winning bid is $100, you will be charged $110 +HST.

Auction items must be inspected prior to buyer removing goods from the building. All sales are final after leaving the premises with auction purchases.

All auction winnings MUST be picked up by close of business on the Sunday immediately following the Wednesday that the auction closes.

NEW ***Items that are not picked up within the designated times are considered abandoned and returned to the property of TKAuction. Buyers will not be refunded their invoice amount if they fail to pick up.

Buyers Remorse: If, upon picking up the buyer decides they do not want the item for whatever reason, their bid will be refunded less a 50% restocking fee.

There is no refund on items sold for $5 or less for any reason.

Winners of skid lots (c-grade and other miscellaneous bulk lots) MUST take everything in the lot. If any items from the lot are not collected, a $50 disposal fee will be charged to the credit card. If this happens multiple times with a bidder, or if a bidder refuses to pay the disposal fee, TKAuction reserves the right to permanently block them from bidding on our auctions.
